Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since purchase
  • You have used more than 10 credits after the purchase
  • The purchase was made through a third-party platform with its own refund rules
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service or content safety policies
  • The request concerns credits or services that have already been substantially used

Refund Processing

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider or bank. Approved refunds may be reduced by payment processing fees, up to a maximum of eight percent (8%) of the original payment amount, where permitted by law.

Credits and Account Access

If a refund is approved, related credits, generated media access, or paid features may be removed from your account. We may also adjust your credit balance to reflect refunded usage.
